Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator

Tuesday,  December 7, 2021, 1:00 PM (EST)

The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts recently launched the Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator (CEA),  a program that pairs access to small business consulting services with financial resources for creative entrepreneurs who either aspire to start their own for-profit business or who operate an existing for-profit micro business. In the 5-county Philadelphia region, CEA is administered by the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance in collaboration with several small business development organizations who serve as referral partners.

On December 7, join the Cultural Alliance for an information session about the Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator. You will learn about the eligibility guidelines and application process, hear from The Enterprise Center about what to expect during a referral consultation, and have an opportunity to ask questions about this new funding opportunity.

CapitalNOW has focused on capital readiness to provide creative entrepreneurs with a working understanding of three key forms of funding – grants, crowdfunding, and financing – and the business readiness required to secure the investments and put them to good use. The goal is for attendees to leave with a deeper understanding of the funding options available to them when the next opportunity or challenge presents itself.

Check back for future dates and presenters.
